Red Paper provides AI-based plagiarism detection services for academic, research, and institutional use. The service includes:
- Uploading documents/text for scanning
- Receiving similarity reports
- Viewing detailed plagiarism sources (when applicable)
All services are provided digitally and delivered via email/dashboard access.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
By using the service, you agree:
- Not to upload or submit any illegal, abusive, or copyrighted material without permission.
- Not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform or reports.
- Not to upload content that may harm our servers, violate Indian laws, or infringe third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
4. Payments and Invoicing
- Payments are processed securely via PhonePe Payment Gateway.
- No payment information (e.g., card, UPI) is stored on our servers.
- Pricing is mentioned on the website and may change without prior notice.
- Your access to paid services is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Refund and Cancellation
- Refunds are only provided if the plagiarism scan fails to generate a report due to a technical issue.
- No refunds will be issued for successful scans or user-uploaded mistakes.
- Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of transaction, with full documentation.
- Cancellations are not allowed once the scan is initiated.

6. Intellectual Property
- We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and analyze the uploaded data for generating the report.
- The generated report may use third-party tools and be governed by third-party licensing.
Our brand name, logo, and platform code are the intellectual property of Linear Publication and may not be copied or reused.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Plagiarism reports are generated using automated tools. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or legal/academic outcomes based on these reports.
- You agree to use reports at your own discretion and waive all liability against Red Paper / Linear Publication.
- We are not liable for academic, legal, or institutional consequences resulting from the use of our platform or reports.
- Reports generated are only for self-assessment and may contain errors.
Maximum liability, if proven, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for updates, maintenance, or outages beyond our control.
9. Indemnity Clause
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Paper, Linear Publication, its team, and affiliates against any losses, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rohini, Delhi.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
